Sonal Stokes, LCSW
Sonal Stokes is an experienced and highly qualified mental health professional. She was born and raised in Ohio, where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Human Ecology and her Master's degree in Social Work from The Ohio State University. She has been living in North Carolina for over 17 years and has developed a deep appreciation for Southern living.
Throughout her career, Sonal has been committed to providing quality mental health care. She has spent a considerable amount of time working in inpatient facilities and is passionate about helping people with mental health issues. Sonal is skilled in using various therapy modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) skills, to address a wide range of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, mood swings, substance abuse, and more.
Sonal is excited to work with clients in an outpatient setting, where she can empower and help them build their confidence. She believes in helping her clients develop resilience and coping skills to deal with the challenges of life, leading to better overall well-being and quality of life.
Sonal is a devoted wife and mother of three sons. When she is not working, she enjoys running, boot camp, hiking, and reading.
