Rachel Dell, FNP

Rachel Dell serves as a Family Nurse Practitioner at Gupta Psychiatry. Originally hailing from the sun-kissed shores of South Florida, Rachel has resided in North Carolina for the past eight years. Prior to transitioning to the role of a family nurse practitioner, she gained invaluable experience as a surgical nurse. Her career has also encompassed work in both urgent care and primary care environments.

Drawn to the opportunity to foster enduring, health-promoting relationships with patients, Rachel joined the team at Gupta Psychiatry. Outside of her professional life, she is a devoted caretaker to three cherished pets, affectionately referred to as her "fur babies": two feline companions, Izzie and Ellie, and a canine friend, Pippie. As a staunch advocate for animal rescue, Rachel is always eager to share photographs of her beloved pets and discuss the importance of providing loving homes for animals in need.

In her leisure time, Rachel is an avid fitness enthusiast and skilled baker. Having acquired a passion for baking from her mother during her childhood, she continues to create delectable homemade specialty cakes and cookies, frequently utilizing her mother's treasured recipes.
